Overall Summary

Safe

Why we think so?

O2.co.uk is a major UK telecommunications website with substantial traffic and a well-established presence. It receives over 20 million visits monthly, mostly from the United Kingdom, and is supported by reputable technology and marketing platforms. The site offers mobile services, contracts, and broadband products, with multiple physical store locations across the UK. However, O2 has faced customer complaints related to billing, service issues, and fraud scams involving impersonators. While these issues have caused significant user frustration, O2 actively warns customers and provides resources to combat scams. Legal disputes primarily involve trademark and regulatory matters, rather than the website itself being fraudulent.
