By using WebVetted, you agree to use the service lawfully, protect your account credentials, and avoid abusing the platform, other users, or third parties.

Acceptable use

Account and billing

You are responsible for activity under your account, for providing accurate billing information, and for any applicable taxes or fees tied to your plan or usage.

Paid plans, credits, usage limits, and feature access may change over time. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval and remain subject to the checkout terms displayed at purchase.

Service limitations

Investigative outputs are provided for informational and risk-assessment purposes. Availability, accuracy, and completeness can vary based on source quality, third-party dependencies, and the nature of submitted inputs.

WebVetted does not guarantee that every lookup will return useful results, that third-party data is complete, or that any report should be treated as the sole basis for a personal, commercial, legal, or safety decision.

Intellectual property and platform rights

The service, including its software, layouts, branding, workflows, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by law or written agreement, you may not copy, reverse engineer, republish, or redistribute protected platform materials.

Suspension, termination, and enforcement

We may investigate misuse, limit functionality, suspend access, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, respond to legal process, or reduce security and fraud risk.

Changes and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risks, non-payment, or behavior that threatens the platform. Continued use after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
